E-ROTA Terms of Service
These terms describe the intended E-ROTA SOCIAL software and its informational website.
1. Service and scope
E-ROTA SOCIAL is a software project for preparing, reviewing, scheduling and submitting video content to accounts authorized by their holders. The public website is informational. Features may be modified, restricted or unavailable while development continues.
2. Account access and consent
Only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Each third-party platform determines its own permissions, approval process and usage limits. The application must not publish content without the account holder’s explicit authorization.
3. Content responsibility
The account holder is responsible for the accuracy, legality, intellectual-property rights and platform compliance of content and accompanying text. AI-assisted drafts require human review.
4. External services and availability
Publication depends on the relevant platform APIs, credentials, connectivity, technical limits and approval. We do not guarantee successful publication, reach or availability.
5. Access revocation and deletion requests
Users may revoke connected-app permissions within the relevant social platform. For assistance with removal of application-held data, contact the address below.
6. No affiliation
E-ROTA SOCIAL is an independent software project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the social media platforms it may integrate with.
